The total stay was very nice at this location. I enjoyed the king room I was given, it had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Lots of food at continental breakfast including eggs and bangers to order. Late check-out was useful.

It was fairly clean with excellent customer service. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The setting was not good.

The hotel was clean, I loved it. The staff was accommodating and the pool area was nice. Exceptionally comfortable bed, amazing bathroom and central heating, a refrigerator and a writing table in the room. The venue had a central location close to all attractions. An affordable hotel, my first choice in Niagara Falls.

Everything was simply fine. We loved the continental breakfast and the very friendly professional staff. Rooftop bar was relaxing and reasonably priced.

The room had pretty average views.

It was a fab experience in an authentic hotel. Place was fairly clean, everything was 10/10. We asked for a well-appointed room and got one - it was attractive. The pool area was heated too.

Memorable stay, as always. Quick check-in, cozy beds and generally brilliant service. The rooms were light and the bathroom was very comfortable. Skilful staff with great local knowledge.

It was a REALLY GOOD stay. The staff were helpful, extra large bed, nice hot breakfast. We loved the queen suite which was decent. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was absolutely superb.

Spacious room, gracious staff, well maintained pool. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. Convenient location with popular restaurant nearby. Decent services were available.

Lovely location, fairly friendly staff, upscale and neat hotel. Savoury American breakfast with fresh choices. The bed was extremely comfy and it was great having free wireless internet, terrace and hairdryer. Fantastic customer service provided too. Tasty drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Cool hotel, lovely garden, pleasant location close to the falls. Breakfast food including breads, fresh fruit, omelette, eggs and bacon was reasonably priced! Thoughtful staff who all was willing to help. It was nice to have wireless in the reception.

Early check-in, great communication, REALLY IDEAL location. The rooms are good value for money and the bathrooms are great-sized.

I had outstanding stay, no complaints. Staff were smart, location was decent. Room was absolutely brilliant, bathroom was marble-lined. I appreciated having fresh bread, jam, fresh fruit, omelette and cheese in the morning. I found wireless in the reception. Location near the beach.

We liked staff and location, felt like home. Renovated building, spotless and twin bedroom. A scenic beach, magnificent view. 0.5 km from the airport. Pool with the lake view was great.

Very convenient location, FRIENDLY staff, all round nice experience! If you like the shopping area, then it would be a comfortable base for you. We dined out at Bob Evans, set steps away from the hotel. We really loved our 1-nights stay.

comfy beds in the rooms. a kitchen was included. the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. a decent place for our weekend, would like to stay there on the next trip.
